I’m located in Irving, TX and I’m extremely passionate about making my clients feel beautiful and confident in their own skin by enhancing their beauty. I believe in creating a comfortable and relaxing experience while delivering you the results you want. Cancellation Policy
Please take a moment to read my policies below to answer any questions you may have. If I have not answered your question please feel free to message me via email or instagram!
╰┈➤ DEPOSITS-A non-refundable deposit and a card on file will be required when booking. This payment goes towards your appointment. This deposit is only good for up to a week for rescheduling if needed.
╰┈➤ RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION - I require up to 18 hours for any changes with your appointment. After 18 hours, you will no longer be able to change, cancel, or reschedule without a cancellation fee of 100% of your service which will go towards a reschedule within a week of your original appointment. After a week, you will be required to send a new deposit.
╰┈➤ LATE- After 9 minutes you will be charged a $5 late fee at your appointment, anything after 10 minutes will be cancelled resulting in a 100% charge of your service. (Refer to the cancellation policy above)
╰┈➤ NO CALL NO SHOWS- Failure to show up to your appointment after the 10 minutes will be result in being charged 100% of the service fee before being able to book again. You will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid.
╰┈➤ LASH FALOUT?? If you experience extreme fallout within 24-72 hours after your lash appointment please contact me immediately. I will work with you so we can get you scheduled for FREE. After 72 hours it will now be considered a fill or full set depending on your lashes.
╰┈➤ NO refunds- If you are not happy at the end of your appointment I can remove your lashes or modify them to a more desired set.
╰┈➤ HOUSE CALL- I do offer house calls upon request. A $40 fee will be applied to your service. For every extra 20 miles from me, an extra $20 will bring added to your total.
ALL FINAL PAYMENTS CAN BE PAID THROUGH CASH, DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS, OR ZELLE. IF PAYING IN CASH PLEASE BRING EXACT AMOUNT BECAUSE I DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE CHANGE.
